Colleen Hilton, RN is the CEO for VNA Home Health & Hospice. In this capacity she also serves as the Vice President for Home Health and Hospice for Mercy Health System of Maine. Colleen completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Maine. She holds a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Health Policy and Management from the Muskie Institute of USM. Colleen is a graduate of the 2008 class of Health Leadership Development, a partnership between the Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership and the Institute for Civic Leadership.
Colleen has served in administrative capacities for the past 15 years. She has been a passionate advocate for home health and hospice serving on the Home Care Alliance of Maine Board of Directors in several capacities. She is a member of the Organization of Maine Nurse Executives as well as serving in several Professional Advisory roles in health care. She has served as the Chair of the Cumberland District Public Health Council, advocating for public health throughout southern Maine.
Colleen is also actively involved in her local community. She served on the Westbrook School Committee for ten years. She was a 2007 recipient of the Department of Education Commissioner’s Recognition award for her work in Truancy, Dropout and Alternative Education. She was also elected as the Mayor of Westbrook in 2009 as the first female to hold that office in the city’s history.

Elizabeth Rolfe possesses an extensive home care and hospice background. She served the Community Health & Counseling Services for 10 years, where she was responsible for home health and hospice services for Northern Penobscot and Piscataquis counties in Maine. Her professional experience also includes 16 years of acute care and hospital-based management. Since 1995, Elizabeth has been certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a board-certified nurse executive. This certification validates a nurse's skills, knowledge, and abilities, while recognizing her within the professional sphere of activity and reflecting professional practice. Elizabeth lives in Phippsburg, Maine with her husband. She is passionate about the health and well-being of her local community, where she is an active member of the Phippsburg Land Trust Board of Directors.
Leah Wright has held several positions at VNA, including as an on-call/evening nurse, a member of the Central Intake department, a Clinical Supervisor and later, as Quality Manager. Leah began her career at VNA as a field clinician nearly 15 years ago. She now serves as Director of Performance Improvement, monitoring quality outcomes for VNA. Leah joined the nursing profession after shadowing with her school nurse at a local hospital. After working briefly at Brighton Medical Center, she transitioned to an interventional cardiac unit at Maine Medical Center, before joining VNA's team. A graduate of Westbrook College (now the University of New England) with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, Leah resides in Gorham with her husband and two children.

Jane McGillicuddy has served residents of Southern Maine for more than 25 years. She helped lead VNA through its initial Medicare Hospice certification and first Joint Commission accreditation. As a former clinician and clinical director, Jane's experience coupled with her insight in administration and human resources brings a unique level of service to VNA. Currently, Jane is a board member of St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Residence, as well as a member of the Maine Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration, the Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administrators, and the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine. Jane earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from St. Anselm College and a Master of Science in Management from Antioch/New England Graduate School. She is also certified through the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Lisa Fuller has worked with elders and their families since 2000. As founder of a successful home care agency, she worked closely with caregivers, families, facilities and agencies throughout southern Maine. She left that organization in 2008 and established LifeStages to provide many unique services that help families and seniors who want to continue to live independently in their own homes. Lisa was a past board member of the Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice of Maine. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and holds a Certificate in Mediation. Lisa is a former contributing columnist on elder care issues to Maine Women's Journal. As a former second Vice-President at a Fortune 500 company, Lisa brings her administrative, marketing and business acumen to VNA helping to bring increased awareness to the community regarding VNA's services and high quality of care. Lisa received her B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. She lives in Portland with her husband and two English Bulldogs.

Suzi Tracy has been with VNA Home Health & Hospice for over 10 years. Prior to VNA, her career was focused in public accounting with positions in and out of Maine 14 years ago. Her experience in healthcare finance began as an Auditor for Medicare where she traveled throughout New England to audit hospitals, skilled facilities, and home care agencies.
Suzi has served on the Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee. Suzi also served the City of South Portland on the Economic Development Committee from April 2008 to March 2010. She was recognized as Volunteer of the Year for PROP (Peoples Regional Opportunity Program) in 2009 for 10 years of voluntary service.
Suzi holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University and Masters of Science in Business from Husson University. She is married with two daughters, two great son-in-laws, and 3 (so far) grandsons.
