VNA Offers Holiday Grief Support

VNA is offering a series of support sessions for people who are struggling with grief during the holidays.

Could you use some help with your grief this holiday season? VNA Home Health Hospice is offering support during this busy time of year.

Daytime:

When: Thursday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:00

Dates: December 8, 15, 22, and 29

Evenings:

When: Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30

Dates: November 16, December 7, and December 28

Where: VNA Home Health Hospice office at 50 Foden Road, South Portland

Windham - Monthly Grief Support Meetings

VNA Home Health Hospice offers monthly grief support meetings in Windham.

When: First Tuesday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Where: North Windham Union Church, 723 Roosevelt Train, Rt. 302, Windham, Me.

Our Holiday Focus:

November 1: "We gather together... Can we feel thankful while we grieve?"

December 6: Holiday Grief
