Community Wellness

At VNA Home Health & Hospice, we work to provide a public service

VNA Home Health & Hospice offers community clinics and in-service education throughout southern Maine. By meeting with patients in a variety of settings, whether at a senior living facility or community center, we strive to enhance the health of our local communities. We hope to empower people to take the steps they need to live a comfortable, healthy life.

VNA provides community wellness services, such as:

  • Flu clinics
  • Blood pressure clinics
  • Cholesterol screenings
  • Educational presentations

While we focus on benefiting communities through these services, VNA also knows it's important to listen. That's why we are constantly adjusting our programs to better serve you and your family.

Are You Ready for FLU Season?

We will be hosting FREE public flu clinics for adults at the following locations:

Sept 28 - Vineyard Church, 715 Bridge Rd, Westbrook      6-7:30pm

Oct 1 - Naples Fire Station, Rte 302, Naples                      10am-12pm

Oct 3 - Mercy Westbrook, 40 Park Rd, Westbrook              2-5pm

Oct 12 - The Root Cellar, 27 Washington Ave, Portland      10am-12pm

Oct 23 - Mercy Westbrook, 40 Park Rd, Westbrook             2-4pm

Oct 24 - Casco Community Ctr, 940 Meadow Rd, Casco      10-11am
