You and your VNA nurse set the machine to a time that works best for you, and it will automatically alert you to check your weight, blood pressure and other critical vital signs with the simple equipment provided. A VNA nurse will follow-up with a telephone call to you after receiving your information and discuss any changes in your health. Although you may already have a caregiver, the Telehealth service can also help them by serving as a back-up, putting everyone's mind at ease.
